MentorMT recruits and trains experienced rural Montana Teachers to deliver one-on-one
mentoring, instructional guidance, and curricular support for underprepared rural
teachers as they work towards licensure.
The Rural Teacher Pathways initiative is a carefully designed curricular sequence
of clinical experiences in rural schools and communities for undergraduate preservice
teachers.
The MT Teacher Licensure Clearinghouse provides streamlined access to the Montana
coursework rural teachers need to obtain full licensure or added content endorsements
from all 10 Montana teacher education programs.
