Robots visit Hawthorne Elementary School
Hunter Lloyd, CS Department robotics professor, visited Hawthorne Elementary School in Bozeman last week as a part of the school's STEAM festivities. Hunter and his robots performed at a school-wide assembly and also participated in STEAM Night - both events were extremely well attended!

Looney the Robot Visits Big Timber Grade School
Hunter Lloyd and Looney the Robot visited several schools in Southwest Montana to end a successful 2014. Students from Chief Joseph Middle School, Sleeping Giant Middle School, Amsterdam Schools, and Big Timber Grade School were entertained by Looney the Robot and Hunter. The assembly was a fun way to learn about computer science before leaving for the holiday break. Hunter, Looney, Ocean, and Bubbles and the rest of the Robots will continue to take the "How to Train Your Robot" assembly to schools this spring. Look for Hunter and Looney at Hawthorne Elementary School, January 20th and at the Hawthorne STEAM night, January 22nd.
