The DAO encourages interaction and dialogue between student groups on campus in order to increase understanding and awareness around gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, class, ability and other social identities. Social activities, workshops and lectures provide platforms for interaction discussion. We cooperate and collaborate with other offices including ASMSU, Campus Entertainment, The Leadership Institute, The Office of Student Activities, the Women’s Center, The VOICE Center, The Native American Studies Department, as well as many student groups to bring relevant programming to MSU's campus.
