About the Office

The DAO encourages interaction and dialogue between student groups on campus in order to increase understanding and awareness around gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, class, ability and other social identities. Social activities, workshops and lectures provide platforms for interaction discussion. We cooperate and collaborate with other offices including ASMSU, Campus Entertainment, The Leadership Institute, The Office of Activities and Engagement, the Women’s Center, The VOICE Center, The Native American Studies Department, as well as many student groups to bring relevant programming to MSU's campus.

Our success depends on your involvement!

Please stop by our office to find out how to get involved with DAO events and programs, to receive more information on scholarships and opportunities, make suggestions or just to see what we’re about. Be sure and check out webpage for events and programs that we have scheduled through out the semester.

Stop by the office to say hi, let us know your thoughts, or shoot us an email with suggestions. If you're interseted in being involved in some of our programming, volunteers are always welcome!
