The Stratasys MOJO printers are FDM printers with an approximate resolution o 0.010".

Material: only ABS+ material.

Size Limits: maximum envelope of 5 inches x 5 inches x 5 inches.

File type: All files for printing are introduced to the MOJO printers in .stl format.

Use: All users must obtain instructions on use and care before being approved.

Use notes include:

  • Scheduling and having approval for your print job.
  • Checking initial cleanliness of printer, heads, brushes, and waste trays.
  • Load your .stl file (preferably from a USB drive onto the C:/temp folder - do not put it on the desktop, unless you remove it promptly after your print job.
  • Begin with the MOJO print wizard.
  • Open your file(s) - adding multiple parts only until a tray is full.
  • Orient the part(s) for optimal printing.
  • Check, scale, support style, and fill style.
  • Send the file to the printer.
  • Check the print estimates, write them down, and check that there is enough model material and support material to complete the job (you can not start it on one and finish on another)
  • If you require material t, contact Joe Eldring, Bob Charlton, or Keith Fisher.
  • Start the MOJO print Control.
  • Select your print Job (it probably defaulted to the last print job).
  • Recheck the print estimates.
  • Start the print.
  • Return to check it and remove it promptly when it finishes.
  • Remove the tray.
  • Snap the part of of the tray and discard the tray.
  • Clean the printer thoroughly.
  • Put water and a detergent pack in the washer along with your part(s) and start the washer.
  • When the support material has been completely remove, empty and rinse (and preferably dry) the washer container as well as cleaning up all drips and/or spills.
