Working at ResNet

As a ResNet student employee, you will gain hands-on experience assisting customers while honing your problem-solving and technical skills.

You'll also be working at a full-service Help Desk that supports all of MSU’s residential networks and auxiliary services. Student employees’ duties include computer repairs, virus and malware removal, answering questions about ResNet networks, and communicating with students and staff in-person, via email, and over the phone.
