  A 2 to 3 minute oral summary (audio recording) of your thesis or dissertation work. If you have not started thesis work, record a summary of a recent article in your field of study. 

1.  A script of the above recording
2.  Your current CV
3.  A copy of Fellow Compact form, signed by you and your advisor.
4. A one page summary of how your previous experiences have prepared you to succeed in this program and how you think this program will advance your professional goals
