How to get support

We have a variety of ways to get in touch with us for support, please see the options below

Email: if you send an email to [email protected] it will create a ticket and is sent directly to you CAA IT team. Our replies will come from [email protected] so watch out for those messages.

Ticket Portal: Use your NetID to Login to the Service and Support Portal. There you can check the status, update, and open new tickets directly, instead of sending by email.

Phone: you can call us for support at 406-994-5112. This number will reach any of our currently signed in team. Please note if you leave a message by voicemail we suggest you also submit an email to [email protected] to ensure your message is received. 

Appointments: If you would like to come see us in person please Book an appointment using our microsoft bookings page. We ask that you please create a ticket before coming in so we can better prepare to assist you and track the progress of the issue.
