Meet a GEAR UP Student

Katerina Morrison

Katerina Morrison is an MSU Freshman from Hardin, MT. She is currently studying Nursing, and on her free time, she likes to play basketball and spend time with her friends and family back home. After college, Katerina hopes to go back to her reservation and become a nurse there. GEAR UP has been impactful to Katerina by making her feel welcome, always reaching out and staying in touch with her, while also providing her with so many resources. Katerina takes inspiration from her mom, Makalia Gutierrez .
