How do I contact my camper's age group during the day?

BSYC Staff will utilize ClassDojo for all counselor to parent communications! Parents/Guardians will be added to the "class" each week by the Camp Director. You can also call or text the camp phone.

Once I've registered, how do I get an activity schedule?

The BSYC Director will send out informational emails to parents/guardian the Thursday before their registered week of camp. This will outline specific activities and other helpful reminders.

Emails will go to the parent/guardian who registered the child. 

If my child cannot attend an entire week will I get a refund on the unused days?

Weeks are not prorated or refunded due to camper absences.

Do you offer partial payment at  time of registration?

No, payment will be due in full at time of registration for each camper. 

Do you have a multi-child discount?

No, we do not currently offer a multi-child discount.

Do you offer financial assistance or scholarships?

Scholarship applications are closed for the season. Come back during registration next year to apply for our scholarship!

Parking on Campus

General Parking Guidelines:

Please use the parking garage on campus for drop-off and pick-up. Parking services will not ticket you if you are parked in the garage during the hours below:

  • Morning Parking : 8am - 9am
    • This is the window of time to be able to park - Check in starts at 8:30am!
  • Afternoon Parking: 2:30pm - 3:30pm

Vehicles found parked, without appropriate passes for an extended period of time are subject to ticketing and towing by University Parking Services. BSYC is not responsible for tickets given out to families outside of the above time frames and designated areas.

I do not have “NetID log-in information.” How do I create an account?

What if I don’t know my NetID log-in information?

Email [email protected] and we can look up your information manually and reset your password if necessary.

After I sign-in, I cannot register for a program due to an “age restriction.” Why is that?

You must add dependents to your account with their date of birth. This is done through the parent/guardian's profile. Go to your profile in the upper right hand corner > click the blue "Add Family" button.

I'm having trouble setting up my online account to register. Is there anyone who can help me?
