"One dollar invested in more efficient electrical
equipment ... avoids more than two dollars
in investment in electrical supply."
–International Energy Agency (IEA)

Using efficient equipment and renewable energy can make an incredible impact in our communities, our environment, and can not only save energy but also save money.  Through a variety of organizations, several rebate programs and incentives are available for customers using energy efficient equipment and renewable energy, for both existing buildings and new construction.  The following organizations offer a variety of rebates, tax credits, incentives, and other resources regarding efficient and renewable energy.

Northwestern Energy

NorthWestern Energy offers several rebates and incentives through their Efficiency Plus (E+) Program.  The E+ Program helps customers save money, save energy, and save the environment.  E+ savings are realized through lower customer use of energy resources, which reduces the amount of electricity and natural gas NorthWestern Energy must purchase to meet demand.  Several options are available to NorthWestern Energy customers: simple rebates, weatherization programs, energy audits, custom commercial incentives, and support of renewable energy generation.
