MSU CARE Program

*On Campus

The MSU CARE Program referral process through the Dean of Student's Office provides assistance to MSU campus community members who may facing extenuating circumstances. 

You may file a CARE referral for yourself or someone wihtin the MSU campus community. Reasons for referral include concern about general well-being, financial insecurity, housing insecurity, food insecurity, threat to self, threat to others or any other concern related to unusual behavior or well-being.

Bounty of the Briders Campus Food Pantry

*On Campus

The Bounty of the Bridgers Campus Food Pantry provides supplemental and emergency food assistance to students, faculty, staff, and family members at no cost.

Food Security Scholarships

*On Campus

The Food Security Scholarship awards a 25-pass commuter meal plan to eligible students which can be used at the MSU dining halls across campus. If you are a student with barriers to accessing enough nutritious food, please consider applying.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

*Assistance On Campus

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as Food Stamps, provides those who are eligible with a debit card for food which can be used for food products at most grocery stores.

Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

WIC offers healthy food, breastfeeding support, nutrition tips, and connection to community resources for parents and caregivers.

Gallatin Valley Food Bank

Gallatin Valley Food Bank provides free supplemental food assistance for those in need within Gallatin County.

Monday-Friday 1:00pm-4:00pm

Tuesday 5:00pm-7:00pm

Fork and Spoon

Fork and Spoon is a pay-what-you-can, if-you-can restaurant.

They are open for dinner Sunday-Thursday from 5-7PM. 

 

Housing Marketplace

The Off-Campus Housing Marketplace is a free to use tool and is designed to help students find housing off-campus.

HRDC Bozeman

HRDC can help with a wide range of needs such as housing assistance, unemployment, utility costs, and childcare.

Recreational Sports & Fitness

Recreational Sports & Fitness includes the Marga Hosaeus Fitness Center, group exercise, personal fitness, massage, and club sports.

ASMSU Outdoor Recreation Program

*On Campus

The ASMSU Outdoor Recreation Program uses the outdoors to engage with future leaders. It hosts trips, clinics, and courses as well as a climbing wall and rental shop.

Student Health Partners

*On Campus

Student Health Partners provides health services to students, regardless of insurance, if they have paid the student health fee. They can provide primary health care (including walk-in acute care, x-ray, clinical laboratory, and pharmacy services) and dental services as well as specialized services to students, including services related to nutrition, sexual health, drug/alcohol concerns.

Office of Health Advancement

Office of Health Advancement promotes generalized well-being by educating on topics such as sexual health, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, as well as the use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

Counseling & Psychological Services (CPS) provides free and confidential counseling services to students who may be struggling with a range of concerns, from those who are in distress and struggling to those who wish to gain support and prevent concerns from developing into more serious problems.

American Indian/ Alaska Native Student Success Services

The MSU Child Development Center offers year-round early education for Bozmean children ages 3-5 years old.

The Louise Shunk Day Care / ASMSU Day Care provides child care and educational activities for preschoolers ages 2.5-6 years old. Open to children of MSU students, faculty, and staff.

The VOICE Center provides information and support to anyone impacted by sexual assault, harassment, relationship violence, stalking and interpersonal violence. It also provides free walk-in counseling hours available to anyone impacted by interpersonal violence.
