A. Prioritization of goals for 2024-2025
-
- PC members had a few minutes to prepare a pitch for the top priority goal from the perspective of their units. Members then gave 1-minute pitches to elevate goals, including in order of appearance: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 2.1 3.1, 3.3
- There was some consensus to elevate 1.1 and 3.3
- PC members determined they needed more time to discuss the merit of elevating a 3rd item and agreed to meet on May 24th.
