clock The Office of Research Development is pleased to provide office hours to assist you in creating or amending your NIH or NSF personnel documents in SciENcv. Our expert staff can help to ensure your Biographical Sketch and/ or Current and Pending Support is compliant with current sponsor requirements. During the consultation we can answer your questions about requirements and strategy, so that you have documents ready in advance for the next proposal!

Please note: we are happy to assist with personnel documents as much as we can, but are unable to create or verify such documents on behalf of others.

Select an available meeting time via Teams (or in person, by request); all appointments are 30 minutes and are offered Tuesdays between 11:00 a.m. and 12 noon.

Weekly appointments are available through October 20, 2023, the current date that SciENcv will become mandatory for NSF proposals.

It is our recommendation that if you receive a fundable score, or any other indication your proposal may be funded, you take action to create an updated Current and Pending Support (CPS) document. Both NIH and NSF require CPS forms of all key personnel prior to releasing an award; sometimes as little as 24 hours is provided to meet the request.
