Sunny Kim, PhD
Dr. Sunny Kim joined Hospitality Management at Montana State University as an Assistant Professor in 2017. She earned her Ph.D. in the Retail, Hospitality and Tourism Management with minor in Social Psychology and M.S. in Business Analytics and Statistics from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She also earned B.S. and M.S. in the Hospitality Management from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. Her research has been presented in industry and research conferences and published in academic journals. Dr. Kim is the recipient of research grants, scholarships, and awards in the University of Tennessee and University of Central Florida. Her research interests include organizational behavior, service marketing, corporate social responsibility, multilevel modeling, data mining, general algorithm application, and scale development. She possesses over 15 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry and consulted international corporations in Korea and U.S. Prior MSU, she taught International Business Strategy in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee Knoxville.
