We have extended the deadline for Poster Presentations and Faculty/Round Table Discussion Topics. Applications will be accepted until February 21st, 2019.

Each attendees should register themselves so we have accurate documentation of dietary restrictions, contact information, and tour interest. You may pay individually or as a group. 

For airport shuttles, contact your hotel. Uber is also an option, as are taxi and car rentals. 

If you applied on or before January 11th, you should have received a notice of acceptance. 

Yes, friends and/or family may attend the conference. If they are a student at a WRHC Institution, they can pay the student registration fee. Otherwise they would have to pay the higher (staff/faculty) registration fee ($180 until Feb 1st, then $200 after). Family and friends who register are welcome to attend all events of the conference.

If you plan to park on campus on Friday before 6:00 PM, you will need to purchase a parking pass from MSU Police. This can be done online or at the MSU Police Station when you are on campus. There is free parking on the weekend and after 6:00 PM on Friday.

All presentations will be on Saturday. The conference program will be available in early March that will inform presenters of their official presentation date and time.

All of our classrooms have presentation capabilities with USB and HDMI input. For the poster session, we will provide the materials to mount posters. If you need additional materials, please let us know; we will try to accommodate you.
