Presenter: Shane Doyle
Dr. Shane Doyle will give his insights into the Anzick boy's DNA study and what the implications of the research findings mean to tribal people in Montana and throughout the Americas. Along with giving his interpretation of the findings from the recent study, Shane will share his overall view of what the Anzick burial and subsequent reburial signifies for tribal communities. Shane will also speak to the remarkable issue of compelling cultural continuity among Northern Plains people over the past 12,500 years.
