Aequitas Training on Investigating and Prosecuting Sexual Assault

The Montana State University VOICE Center is pleased to host Aequitas attorneys and trainers for a 1-½ day training on August 10th-11th in Bozeman, MT. The training is aimed at increasing prosecution rates for adult non-stranger sexual assault cases by sharing promising practices and providing the opportunity to hear from national experts. The training is geared primarily towards investigators and prosecuting attorneys although the training would be appropriate for any professional who is working to support survivors through the criminal justice process including SANE nurses, victim advocates, and victim/witness specialists.
