MSU’s Center for Western Lands and Peoples presents its spring Western Film Series. The series kicks off with a free screening of the classic 1950 Western, “Broken Arrow,” on Saturday, January 27th in the Hager Auditorium at the Museum of the Rockies. The film will be introduced at 6 PM by Paul Hutton, professor of western history at the University of New Mexico. Professor Hutton will sign copies of his book, “The Apache Wars,” at 5:30 PM in the lobby of the museum. A free reception will follow the screening of the film.
