Hydro Interval Training (HIT) workshop

The Hydro Interval Training (HIT) Method author and creator, Melis Edwards, will be hosting a 6.5-hour workshop at the Hosaeus Fitness Center Pool on September 29, 2018.
The HIT Method water workouts incorporate speed, endurance, power, strength and stretching and cover a greater range of motion than land-based workouts because of the participant's buoyancy. Participants do not suffer the ground force traumas associated with land-based fitness programs. No swimming skills are required.
