MSU alum, Brian Bodine '78, will present Principles of Intellectual Property Law on Tuesday, March 26 during a Lunch & Learn session in the LaunchPad from Noon to 1 pm. There is limited seating for this event. Please RSVP and contact email@example.com with questions.
Bodine, who is a Registered Patent Attorney, will explain the various types of intellectual property (patent, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights) and how to use intellectual property (IP) to protect your ideas and creations. He will also discuss the interplay of various types of intellectual property and how they can be used together to help build a business.
Brian Bodine is a partner in the Seattle office of Lane Powell PC. He is a Registered Patent Attorney who has extensive experience litigating patent, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property related disputes. Bodine has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2007 and has twice been named Lawyer of the Year, Trade Secrets Law by Best Lawyers in America. He is an avid amateur photographer who enjoys sports photography.
