American Library Association International Games Week
Join us in the MSU Library for a week of fun games and socializing.
What is International Games Week?
It is an initiative run by volunteers from around the world to reconnect communities through their libraries around the educational, recreational, and social value of all types of games.
What does that mean for you?
In between your studies, the Library is encouraging you to relax, meet new people, and play some games!!
Watch for hosted games !
Student run organizations will be hosting games throughout the week! Follow our Facebook event for game dates and times. TableTop Brigade will be at the Games Corner each day starting at noon to host games for you to try out! Wednesday, join Eric the owner of Escape 406 at high noon to play Shadows of Brimstone a role playing game that takes place in the old west, where in the mines the mutants and monsters lurk.
Or borrow a game from our game corner to start your own game!
Want to win a prize?
Try to get the high score on Beat Saber at the Virtual Discovery Space! Try your hand at this virtual reality mini-tournament of Beat Saber at the Virtual Discovery Space! Students can try to win a prize basket with items from the library and donations from Escape 406 and Bozeman Breakout! To win, you must to stop by sometime Tuesday 12-4, Thursday 2-4 or Saturday 11-3 to sign up with Ben (the VDS student worker) for your chance to get the highest score!! The winner will be determined at the end of the Saturday time and will be contacted the next week.
