Cross Fire for the Slopes

Combining athletic aerobic movements with functional strength movements, performed at high intensity, Cross Fire is designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, strength and stamina. Class will be beneficial to all patrons & levels while putting specific focus on movements that enhance ski & snowboard conditioning. Class is taught by ski enthusiast & certified trainer Rebekah Horn. Class begins January 14th and continues every Tuesday at 4:30pm in Studio 2.
