GX-30 for the Trail

To help build endurance for trail-related activities GX-30 for the Trail will work on improving strength in all of the major muscle groups. Simulating the ups and downs of actual trails, step-up and step-down exercises will be integral to the workout. The class will be taught by veteran GX instructor Sue Clack. She is a full-time employee of the MSU College of Nursing, has a Master’s Degree in Health Exercise and Wellness and has been teaching GX Classes for 8 years. Most importantly (in her opinion!), Sue has spent the last 25 years hiking and backpacking the region, racking up “Miles of Smiles” in the backcountry of Montana.
