Project Management: The Art and Science
- Tuesday, February 18, 2020 to Tuesday, April 14, 2020, from 6:15pm to 8:15pm
This 8-week course focuses on waterfall and agile project management methodologies; participants will leave with the skills and techniques required to be a successful project manager. The non-credit course is appropriate for all industries including tech, non-profit, manufacturing, health care, construction, and more. The course examines real world examples that connect project management theories into actions, paired with tried-and-true management templates. The class is taught by Lisa Armitage, Jess Short, and Lindsey Tollefson, all certified in project management with decades of experience and expertise across 10 industries. Come with questions and challenges. This course is appropriate for new project managers and those seeking to acquire project management skills.
