Personal Trainer 30 Minute Series. Join these free group training sessions taught by Rec. Sports & Fitness personal trainers Chad Cocks, Jake Schulte, and Nina Cox. Each trainer will teach a special group training topic once per week for 30 minutes, for three weeks. Patrons can expect a brief five-minute lecture at the beginning of each training followed by a 20-minute workout and a five minute cool down, stretch and Q&A with the trainer.
