- Huffman Building - MSU Police Department - view map
The instruction is based on behavioral science theories that focus on the development of individuals, group dynamics and functions, and the leader’s role in understanding the organization as a whole. Participants in this workshop will explore several behavioral science theories that help us to better understand and
explore our own leadership potential. Whether you are a front line officer, records clerk or dispatcher, or the Chief, CEO or Superintendent of an organization, leadership is everyone’s responsibility. Leaders and followers revolve around a common mission, each supporting and challenging each other. This training will provide participants with the knowledge to consider how their actions affect the goals of the organization as
well as the performance of individuals and groups.
