MSU Food Product Development Lab Lentil Cracker Sensory Test

The MSU Food Product Development Lab will be conducting a sensory study on Tuesday, March 3rd. Participants will receive a $10 grocery store gift card for their time. The study should take approximately 1 hour to complete.
You must be 18 years or older and have no known food allergies or dietary restrictions.
