A weekly Webex meeting is being held for Montana manufacturing companies to discuss their challenges and responses to the evolving Coronavirus situation. A summary of the most recent meeting is now available on MMEC's Coronavirus Response website, along with other news, updates, resource links, and previous call summaries.
This week's agenda includes updates on legislative and funding topics, as well as a short presentation on strategies for safely reopening and resuming production operations. They will provide an overview of their phased recovery plan, including methodology and timelines, which will be followed by an open Q&A / discussion period. Hi-Heat Industries, a Lewistown manufacturer of custom flexible heaters, will also share information about their approach to reopening.
