- MSU parking lot between pbiosci and animal sci bldgs.
Dr. Burgess will drive 1 van load of people to a private orchard on the West slope of the Bridgers (about a 20 minute drive). We'll learn how to do the Cornell Iodine Starch test to determine if apples are ripe, and then harvest the ripe varieties. You can take some apples home, and a local cider company will take the rest. A gift card from Lockhorn Cider is available for participants.
