IoE Rough Cut Seminar Series - "Conservation Districts: Local, Common Sense Conservation"

As part of the Montana Institute on Ecosystems' Rough Cut Seminar Series, David Laufenberg will give a talk titled "Conservation Districts: Local, Common Sense Conservation" at noon on Wednesday, October 14. Please note that this seminar will be virtual, with call-in information below.
David Laufenberg is the Conservation Programs Manager at the Madison Conservation District based in Ennis, Montana. He earned his MS from MSU's Ecology Department in June 2019 after a decade working as a field technician and environmental educator around the Greater Yellowstone, Wisconsin, and South America. His daily work includes restoration project management, stream monitoring, applied natural resource policy, and engaging with local stakeholders that are interested in regenerative lands management. His daily play includes hunting, fishing, skiing, and running with his girlfriend and their pup when they find time away from house projects.
