Action Plan Feedback Session - BIPOC students
- Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 3:30pm to 5:00pm
Leaders of MSU’s Black Student Union, student organizations representing students of color, and select MSU administrators have been working together over the past few months to develop an action plan for addressing the needs and concerns of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) students at MSU. After much conversation and consultation with key partners, a draft of this action plan is being shared with the university community for feedback. Once feedback from these sessions is reviewed and incorporated, the plan will be finalized and presented to the university administration.
This session will be specifically focused on hearing the perspectives and voices of BIPOC students at MSU. This effort is aimed at listening to and improving the experiences of BIPOC students, so hearing feedback from BIPOC students is especially important. A session for all students, faculty, and staff will be offered on Wednesday, October 21st from 3:30-5:00 pm.
Please RSVP to participate in a virtual session to learn about the draft plan and engage in conversation about the draft plan.
Note that registration for this event closes on Tue, 10/20/20 at 12:00pm.
