The Center for Mental Health Research and Recovery, the Montana Chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and nonprofit Bring Change to Mind host "The Experience and Science of Mental Illness".  Internationally recognized author and speaker Jessie Close will share her struggles with bipolar disorder and her inspiring story of resilience that has brought stability to her life.  Dr David Bond, MD, PhD from the University of Minnesta shares his expertise in the origins and pathophysiological mechanisms of bipolar disorder.  The event is free and open to the public.
