33rd annual Bug Buffet "Bugs In A Box"
Dear Faculty, staff, and administrators of Montana State University,
Although this year has been different for all of us, we are excited to announce that we are still given the opportunity to educate the MSU community by hosting a virtual version of the 33rd Annual week of the Traditional Ecological Knowledge Buffet, that students affectionately named the “Bug Buffet” a couple of decades ago.
This year the buffet portion will be a snack pack called “bugs in a box” that are shelf-stable.
Upon reservation by February 15th, we will happily hand deliver snack packs to your college or department. (reservation link attached below)
This event will be held on Tuesday, Feb 23rd, and Thursday, Feb 25th. Two students from Dr. Florence Dunkel's class, Insects and Human Society, will give you a brief 5-minute overview of the snacks in the box and a short question/answer session.
All Covid-19 protocols will be followed during this visit/delivery including gloves and masks.
Please click the link below to reserve your department's snack packs for the annual “Bug Buffet.”
We truly hope that you all enjoy your “bugs in a box.”
