Music pop-up performance in Asbjornson Hall by MSU Trombone ensemble, Fri. Feb. 26, 2021.

From time to time, selected musical soloists and small ensembles will "pop-up" in Norm Asbjornson Hall for a brief, free, and informal performance during the gap between morning and afternoon classes. The next performance will be Friday, February 26, 2021, 12:50-13:10PM, in the 2nd floor east atrium area of Asbjornson Hall, featuring the Bobcat Bone Brigade, directed by MSU School of Music Professor Jeannie Little. The Bone Brigade will perform "Joshua F’it de Battle of Jericho," traditional African American Spiritual, arr. James Markey, "Reflection and Celebration," by David Wilborn, and "Leviathan," by Jack Wilds. The players rehearse and perform using the School of Music Covid protocols and distancing rules.
The ensemble comprises--
Logan Bouley, Caleb Hindman, Caleb Carr, Gunter Roylance, Heidi Watkins, Zack Quillan, Trevor Lind, Jake Kittleson, Walker Dobbs, Austin Alderdice, Joel Bonilla, and Tyler Coorough.
Noah Zeigler, Noelle Ayres, and William Knudson.
The event is free and open to the public, with social distancing.
