Tickets are on sale now for "A Montana Radio Christmas 1944"
Small Batch Arts is proud to present its upcoming live production of "A Montana Radio Christmas 1944" at Reynolds Recital Hall from Friday, December 17th to Thursday, the 23rd. Show dates and times vary.
In their 2019 production, "A Bozeman Radio Christmas 1939," Small Batch Arts transported their audience back to the year Bozeman got its first commercial radio station. They celebrated with stories of pioneer holidays in the Gallatin Valley and popular holiday swing tunes as sung by the fabulous Gallatin Gals (The GG's).
This year they move ahead five years to the very significant Christmas of 1944. Only this time they'll take the audience across the whole state. But how?
It's 1944, gas is rationed and car tires are impossible to find. No problem, they're taking the Milwaukee Road's magnificent passenger train, the Olympian; riding the rails of the Jawbone Line through the heart of Montana.
The GG's will be onboard with more great 40's swing tunes, and so will a talented troupe of storytellers. The folks at Small Batch Arts hope you'll hop on board too, for "A Montana Radio Christmas 1994."
