Abbey Keene, Director of Personal Fitness Services at MSU's Recreation and Sports Fitness Center, will teach you about cardiovascular programs, strength exercises, and stretching, and will offer you a fitness program that you can easily do at home. Gain the education you need to stay in shape through watching exercise demonstrations.
