Introduction

Montana State University prides itself on being a student-centered campus. As a faculty member, you are never on your own to handle situations if they arise and you need support and there are abundant resources and guidance available across campus to help faculty in supporting student success.  EHHD’s philosophy of student success is summed up in HHD’s Well-Being Model;  EHHD focuses on the well-being of the whole student, not only their academic success. Should you find yourself needing support, guidance, knowledge of resources or more, your first stop with any question can be the Assistant Dean.  At this link you can find a Quick List of Academic and Non-Academic Student Support Resources the Assistant Dean has compiled as well as contact information should you need to consult or collaborate on any issues or concerns.
