Incentive for Club Leaders

MOntna 4-H volunteer tshirt that reads volunteers make 4-H grow. The success of collecting impact data is vital to the future of the 4-H program across the state. Club Leaders that collect Montana 4-H impact surveys from their club members are eligible for an incentive. If you are a Club Leader that has facilitated the completion of impact surveys please complete the form below to receive a FREE Montana 4-H Volunteer t-shirt. Supplies are limited and t-shirts are available to the first 100 leaders who turn their club surveys into the MSU county Extension office. We will also do our best to accommodate your size preference. 

What to do:

  1. Talk with your County Extension Agent about impact surveys.
  2. Have each member of your club complete the survey.
  3. Return the completed surveys to the MSU Extension office. 
  4. Complete the form below to receive a volunteer tshirt.
