Horse Member Election to Not Wear Helmet Release & Assumption of Risk	MSU Ext. 4-H permission, release & assumption of risk for participation in the Judith Basin County 4-H Horse program while riding without a helmet.

4-H PROGRAM EVENT APPLICATIONS AND FORMS

Colt Reisig Memorial 4-H Project Scholarship	Applications for the Colt Reisig Memorial 4-H Project Scholarship are due to the Fergus Co. Ext. Office by May 1. This scholarship is open to Judith Basin Co. 4-H members in at least their 4th year of 4-H and enrolled in a small or large animal project. The scholarship is intended for expenses related to your 4-H project.
2024 SR. Camp	SR. Camp Digging Into History Registration is due July 8, 2024 to the Fergus Co. Ext. Office. Camp dates are August 2-4, 2024 at Hell Creek Marina in Jordan, MT.
4-H End of Year Forms	Each club (and all other chartered 4-H group) must complete the following at the end of each 4-H year. The 4-H year runs October 1 - September 30.

State Ambassador Application and Forms	The Montana 4-H State Ambassador program provides opportunities for youth to represent 4-H through leadership and service at the state level. State Ambassadors Officers are a select team of Montana 4-H Ambassadors that have demonstrated leadership in their county 4-H programs, and who are interested in developing and refining skills to teach other 4-H youth about leadership, promotion and service.
