The 2024 Judith Basin County Fair is August 5 - 10, 2024!

FAIR VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED! We will have a sign up at set up on Monday night for needs during fair week. Or contact our office!
The Ranch Horse Show has been moved to the Fairgrounds Arena on Monday. Start time is still 8am.
Fairgrounds Clean Up August 3rd at 6:00pm.
Fair Week Clean Up Schedule: Utica - Mon / Tues, Stanford - Thurs / Friday, Geyser - Saturday. Please empty overflowing garbage cans, restock bathrooms and general trash pickup around bleachers and show ring.
Friday Night Event will be Olympic Games - bring your team of 4 to the show ring at 6 pm on Friday Night. We've got great prizes for the top 3 teams!
Sale Buyers will be visiting the livestock barns on Saturday before the Sale. Buyers like to see you and learn about your project. We will also be serving root beer floats as the buyers check in. This is a great time for you to talk to them as well. Don't forget to write letters to potential buyers and personally invite them to the sale.
Monday Night BBQ immediately following set up. Geyser - desserts, Stanford - chips, Utica - salads.
Exhibitor packets are on their way to you. Please check them for any problems as soon as you get them. Let us know if there are any issues.
Ultrasounds will Friday beginning at 12:30pm. If you wish to opt out you must notify your Barn Superintendent and place a green opt out card on your animal stall prior to Friday at 12:30.
