FAIR ENTRIES: Entries are required to be completed online by going to the MontanaFair Online Entry System. Please note that the system uses the ShoWorks Software program managed by MetraPark, if you have any questions regarding the entry process you must contact their entry office at: [email protected] or 256-2400. Use the department worksheets and handbooks to prepare your entry before signing on. If you do not have computer or internet access you may contact our office to schedule a time to come in and complete your entries online.

**NEW 2023 MontanaFair Camper Space Reservation Request Procedure

All camper space reservation requests will ONLY be accepted electronically. The Yellowstone County Extension office will no longer accept phone calls or emails. The electronic process can be easily accomplished on a computer, laptop, or smart phone - anywhere you have internet access. Only 4-H and FFA members exhibiting in Department A and N at MontanaFair may request a camper space. A limited number of spaces are available on a first requested, first filled basis.

Online reservation requests will open at 8:00 am on Saturday, April 1st. All requests will be recorded, and date/time stamped when you hit the “Submit” button. (Be prepared with the length of yor camper).
