Description

The old MilTech space (Nopper 910) has been empty for awhile and Human Resources  would like to request space for 3 large offices for the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO, Jeannette Grey Gilbert) and the two Labor & Relations employees (Susan Alt Lear and a new hire).  HR would like this space as soon as possible.

Justification of Need


• CHRO would like all HR employees to be at Nopper.
• All three positions require offices large enough to accommodate 2-to-3-person meetings, and the offices at Nopper 920 aren’t big enough for that.  
• The CHRO's  office configuration is not conducive to meeting with people, because due to the glare from the window.
• Both Susan Alt Lear's office and the small hoteling office which has been designated for the new Employee & Labor Relations hire (both in MT Hall 211 suite) are not big enough/suitable for 1:1 meetings.

Equipment needs:
wifi and phones (they have their own laptops & printers)
panic button (connected to UPD)
sound proofing (to a reasonable degree)
