The goal of “Montana State University’s Roadmap for Fall 2020” is to provide specific
steps for reconstituting and restoring full operations at MSU. It is not guidance
for “reopening” the university, as MSU was never closed. At every moment since the
beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, there have been students as well faculty and staff
