The UIT Service Desk office is now accepting walk-in appointments. However, UIT recommends
and prefers clients schedule appointments ahead of time to ensure efficient service
once they arrive. Clients can either call or email to generate a service ticket and
one of our Service Desk analysts will work with you to resolve your issue immediately.
If the analyst determines in-person assistance is required, they will contact you
with information on how to make an appointment. You can also reference the UIT website
to resolve common problems
