The UIT Service Desk is now open for walk-in support. To ensure someone will be available to assist you, we continue to recommend scheduling an appointment by emailing or calling.
As a customer-focused service organization, UIT welcomes your input into our operations. The Service Desk office is located in the Renne Library Commons.
Departmental IT Support
While the Service Desk is available to help with your IT needs, several departments have local IT support that may be able to provide more immediate support. Departmental IT contacts may be more familiar with the needs of the areas they serve and should be the first line of contact if available.
