The Outreach and Engagement Council met multiple times in the month of November to complete the following work: 

  1. Review seed grant applications and make recommendations for funding.  The following proposals were funded:

    Adrienne Phillips, Development of Water Quality Outreach Workshop to Reach Rural Montana Students 

    Que Tran, Near - Peer Cultural Diversity and Academic Mentor for high school students in Montana 

  2. Review nominations for the Provost’s Excellence in Outreach Award.  The following individuals were recommended to Provost Mokwa for the award

    • Staff:  Shantell Frame-Martin 

Award recommendations were accepted by Provost Mokwa and will be awarded at the Spring 2020 Convocation in January 2020.
