You have a set of unique talents, skills and access to a wide range of resources. Who can you share your talents/resources with today? Where might you find a person who would benefit from what you have to give? Compassion does not hoard what it has but gives generously.
Our curriculum team is working hard to compile resources and develop lesson plans for a variety of needs across the community. It is important to us that we clearly communicate our goals and how we plan to reach them. Below are the learning outcomes that are guiding our curriculum development.
To help individuals, in the K-12 schools, the university community, and the broader community of Bozeman, MT to:
Learn to understand compassion
Learn to recognize acts of compassion and opportunities for compassion
Learn to integrate compassion into their own lives and their community
Because we believe that everyone could use more compassion in their lives, we have created resources for individuals, teachers, schools and community members to help them learn how compassion can become a part of their daily lives and the lives of the people they work with and the students they teach.
