Montana Fair Housing

Montana Fair Housing is a private, full services, non-profit organization dedicated to the elimination of

housing discrimination, and the advancement of rights. Montana Fair Housing investigates allegations of discrimination in housing, counsels victims of discrimination, and facilitates both the state and federal complaint process. We also assist victims of housing discrimination, under specific circumstances, in securing the representation of counsel when the filing of a complaint in court is deemed the best option.

Montana Self-Help Program

The Court Help Program is a free service provided by Montana Supreme Court to assist people with civil,

no-criminal legal problems. The court help program does not offer legal advice or represent individuals

in court but can provide legal information and direct you to resources to help resolve legal problems on
