After Hours Care

Nurse After-hours Advice Line
A student can reach a nurse after hours advice line at 800-607-5501.

For medical care on evenings and weekends you may visit one of the following providers:

Bozeman Deaconess Emergency Room, 585-1000.
Bozeman Urgent Care Center, 586-8711.
Family Doctors Urgent Care, 556-9740.

Emergency Care

The Student Health Service is not an emergency room. True emergencies - such as poisoning, severe injuries, heart attacks or severe breathing problems - should be evaluated and treated at the Bozeman Deaconess Emergency Room, 585-1000. Staffed 24 hours a day, the hospital is located at 915 Highland Boulevard, about two miles east of the MSU campus.

Note: Many insurance companies will not pay for treatment at the Emergency Room for non-emergency problems, and a visit to the Emergency Room will usually be expensive.
