A detailed schedule will be published in March. We will be using the EventsXD app for our conference program. A PDF of the conference program will be available online.

Airport: Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport - BZN. In case of weather, it is highly recommended to make plans to arrive on Thursday, March 28th.

There are rooms reserved for attendees of the 2019 WRHC at the Best Western Grantree Inn and the Comfort Inn. Please call these hotels to get their rates and availability of the reserved rooms.

If you have not already made lodging arrangements, we recommend you do ASAP. Montana State University is hosting many events the same weekend as this conference where attendees will also be booking hotels. If you cannot find any hotel space, we recommend making a reservation with Airbnb. 

Transportation

Due to inconsistent public transportation in Bozeman, we highly recommend that attendees consider renting a car to travel throughout Bozeman. 

Bozeman has Uber services. In addition, hotels attendees may be staying in might offer a shuttle to and from the airport and/or the Montana State University campus. Please call individual hotels for more details.

Finally, attendees may consider to utilize the fare-free bus service throughout Bozeman - the Streamline Transit. Routes and times can be found on the Streamline Transit website. The MSU Strand Union station is across the street from Norm Asbjornson Hall.

The 2019 Western Regional Honors Council Conference will be hosted March 29-31 in the new Norm Asbjornson Hall, which opened December 14, 2018 at Montana State University - Bozeman.
